Originally from the United States, Dr. Lacey holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The New School for Social Research (New York, NY, 2007), and is CELTA Certified. He has spent most of his career working as an Assistant and Associate Professor, Dean/Division Head and Tutor at Universities in several countries, including: Bifrost University in Iceland, St. John's College (Annapolis) in The United States, OLEG (via St. John's and Grigol Robakidze University) in The Republic of Georgia, UAEU in the United Arab Emirates, and AUCA in Kyrgyzstan). Currently Dr. Lacey works as an Online Tutor and Consultant in various subjects of Philosophy, Liberal Arts, History and Philosophy of Science and general Humanities through his website: https://www.so-what-philosophy.com/ Dr. Lacey also teaches English part-time with Speak Up Egypt, and Social Sciences with Preply.
